Bootcamp Style Fitness Kickboxing Classes

A kick butt program with the kicks of Tae Kwon Do and the punches of boxing in one complete body workout.

MPBBC's KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP:

What is it?

It is a 60 minute full body workout.

Class begins with awesome "Bootcamp-Style" drills and conditioning. We get your heart rate up to maximize fat burning results. This will help develop your core strength.

Then we stretch your full body, to prevent injury, lengthen the muscles and increase flexibility.

Next is Hitting the Bags. Real Kickboxing Techniques on the heavy bag. These are real techniques taught by knowledgeable instructors and not your fitness aerobic instructor that says to kick punch woo hoo.

We will teach you the right way, to maximize results and prevent injury.

The bags will also tone your arms, shoulders, abs and legs. As well as develop your cardio.

The end of class is more Bootcamp like conditioning drills.

And again stretch to cool down and help reduce muscle soreness.

MPBBC's workout helps you melt pounds of fat every week. Our classes are so much fun you can't wait for your next class. You will make friends with the same fitness goals and push and encourage each other every class .

Basically, MPBBC's Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp is Personal Training (without the cost) in a Motivating and Supportive group setting.
